Offering 70 lots, mostly from the late 1800s to mid-1900s, the sale features photographs of San Francisco landmarks, sales and property tax receipts, postcards, event programs, posters, newspaper clippings, construction bonds, a municipal license, ephemera, and more. Among the photographs, some by Isaiah Taber or Gabriel Moulin, are those of San Francisco before and after the 1906 earthquake, and during the construction of the Golden Gate Bridge, completed in 1937. Additional highlights include a folk art windmill model, a City Hall coin bank, Life magazine from 1937 with the Golden Gate Bridge on the cover, and a $1000 San Francisco City Hall Construction Bond.
