Turner Auctions + Appraisals is pleased to present Model Trains – A Timed Auction on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at 10:30 am PDT. Offering about 270 lots from several avid California collectors, this timed sale features prewar, post-war and modern model trains  and accessories. Lots, many in original packaging, are primarily O gauge, plus some S and HO gauge.

The model trains include new old stock, some unused and in their original boxes. Among their wide array are diesel and steam locomotives, tenders, cabooses, and train cars including passenger, freight, reefer, coach, box, baggage, sleeper, kitchen, crane, and more. There are many Lionel lots, plus other manufacturers: MTH, K-Line, Weaver, Rail King, Atlas, Marx, KMT, Williams, Athearn, Bachman, and others. Some lots offer accessories such as swing rides, a carousel, loader station, vehicles, upgrade kits, transformers, track and much more.
