For U.S. buyers, we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) and debit cards. Payment is made after a bid on an item is successful. To avoid cancelled credit card transactions, please make sure all credit card information matches your card's billing address.
Because our credit card processing company cannot verify addresses for non-U.S. credit cards, non-U.S. buyers must pay for their purchases via a bank wire transfer; please note payment must be in U.S. dollars net of any and all bank fees (from your bank and/or any intermediary/corresponding bank they use). For non-U.S. buyers or those who prefer to pay with a bank transfer, wire transfer details are available here.
California Sales Tax
Unless a buyer has a Seller's Permit/Resale Number, a buyer shipping to a California address is subject to state sales tax, which varies by city, county, etc. Buyers who prefer to pick up their purchases from our offices are subject to the sales tax of our South San Francisco location, currently at 9.25%; please contact us in advance to arrange pick-up at 888-498-4450 x 102.
